My Journey
I’ve been a dedicated practitioner of holistic medicine - Reflexology since 2021. I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts.
As a well researched and comprehensively trained Reflexologist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Reflexologist.
I specialise in Foot, Face, Ear, Hand, Stone Therapy Reflexology, Fertility, Pregnancy and Menopause Reflexology. I have also trained in baby, toddler and child reflexology. Additionally, I have also trained in Hot/Cold Stone Therapy Reflexology, which is extremely beneficial.

Stone Therapy is a holistic, relaxing,luxurious treatment. Being either hot or cold it is tailored to your needs and current temperatures. It is ultra relaxing. It is also known as GeoThermotherapy- geo emaing earth and thermotherapy meaning the application of hot/cold temperatures.
